{"id":657,"date":"2018-11-14T18:08:42","date_gmt":"2018-11-14T16:08:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vuokratalot.wp03.mmd.net\/?page_id=657"},"modified":"2025-07-18T12:51:56","modified_gmt":"2025-07-18T09:51:56","slug":"organisational-provisions-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vuokratalot.net\/en\/tietoa-asukkaalle\/ohjeet\/jarjestyssaannot-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Rules of order"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong> COMMON AREAS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Noise in common areas must be avoided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smoking and unnecessary stay is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cleanliness and tidiness must be maintained when using common areas and outdoor areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For fire safety reasons, goods may only be stored in areas designated for this purpose. The storage of flammable substances must comply with fire safety regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The installation of shields and advertisements, antennas, etc. is only allowed with the permission of the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any defects found in the property must be reported to the company's representative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong> WASTE MANAGEMENT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Household waste and other rubbish must be put in a container. The regulations on waste sorting must also be taken into account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Residents must take care of the removal of hazardous waste (batteries, electronics, washing machines, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong> STOP<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Fire and Rescue Services Act \u00a7 20 requires that emergency vehicles have unobstructed access if necessary. On this basis, it is imperative that vehicles are kept in the spaces provided for them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving in front of the main entrance is allowed during the loading and unloading of cars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong> APARTMENTS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apartments must not disturb neighbours. Noise should be avoided, especially between 22.00 and 07.00.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The apartments must be carefully maintained. Water leaks and other defects in the apartments must be reported to the company's representative without delay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changes and repairs are decided by the CEO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work that will cause noise and disturbance must be notified to neighbours in advance and should be carried out before 21.00 on weekdays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toilets and other drains must not be filled with waste that could block or damage them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apartments must not be ventilated into stairwells.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage caused to apartments, properties, outdoor areas, etc. will be fully compensated by the party responsible. The tenant is also responsible for his\/her guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong> BALCONIES AND DUSTING<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No cooking is allowed on balconies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Balconies must be kept tidy, and in winter they must be cleared of snow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dusting of carpets is only allowed on dedicated carpet stands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can dry your laundry on the balconies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The spreading and airing of linen and bed linen is allowed on balconies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong> PETS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pets are not allowed to make their needs in children's play areas or anywhere else on the property.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pets must not cause a disturbance or danger to other residents or people on legal business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A BREACH OF THE RULES MAY LEAD TO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OR TERMINATION OF THE
