Period of notice<\/u> is one calendar month. The period of notice shall be calculated from the last day of the month in which written notice of termination is received by the Office. Notices of termination can be printed from the rentedhouses.net website or collected from the office. When you give notice of termination, you will receive instructions on how to move out or you can print them out here (Cleaning and handover instructions 11-2022)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also terminate the electricity contract, which must remain in force until the end of the lease, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you move out, clean up the apartment so that the next person can move in. Windows, stove, oven, refrigerator backs, filters and vents should also be cleaned. Furniture and similar items do not belong in the waste bins of the housing association, but must be removed by the tenant. Then call the landlord to arrange the return of the keys and the handover of the apartment. Return all keys to the caretaker and inform him\/her of any defects in the apartment.
