The notice period is one calendar month, starting from the beginning of the month following the month in which the notice is given. For example, if the tenancy is terminated by 30 June, the notice period is from 1 to 31 July and the tenancy ends on 31 July.When the notice of termination reaches our company, we will send you instructions for the final cleaning of the apartment and information about our procedures for handing over the apartment and keys when it is handed back to us.
