The renovation of the waterproof roof of the Tinuri apartment building will renew the appearance of the apartment block and improve the ventilation of the building. Tinuri's existing flat roof will be converted to a pitched roof with a metal sheeting. The project will include improvements to the building's ventilation by replacing the exhaust ventilation hood and installing new mechanical exhaust ventilation in part of the stairwells. In addition, new rainwater drainage pipes will be dug to drain off roof water.
The estimated duration of the project is about 4 months.
